"We were living in the middle-east when we hired Escapes to plan our backyard for us. We did all of our communicating through email and a few phone calls. The designer was excellent in making sure that we had copies of her designs through email . Grant was honest and very upfront with us and we appreciated that very much. The thing that we liked the most about the company was that they kept to their word. They did not have any extra charges, and they were very much on time. There were a few weather delays, but we were given emails to inform us of this. Each day that the workers were at our property, they emailed pictures to show us the progress.
